HANDBOOK : Handbook

Systematic work environment management means the employer’s work relating to investigation, implementation and follow-up within the organisation in order to prevent ill-health and accidents and achieve a satisfactory work environment. Systematic work environment management is a form of quality management to achieve a good work environment. Handbook: Systematic Work Environment Management describes the requirements in the Swedish Work Environment Authority’s Provisions on Systematic Work Environment Management and how these requirements can be transformed into a practical foundation for work within an organisation. This handbook is intended primarily for individuals who are responsible for or otherwise take care of work environment issues in their work, such as managers, safety representatives, HR managers or members of work environment committees. The handbook can be used as an aid in day-to-day work environment management, and will also be useful in training on systematic work environment management.
